It might sounds nice to eliminate deadlines and give all people the authority to choose their own jobs and tasks, but it might will result on something messy. Unstructured organization might sounds a little bit confusing, right? But overall, I do enjoy the ideas. I agree with you, his ideas are very concrete, but it might won't able to reach any kind of business field. :) Thanks for sharing this.
